Following completion of training, he undertook advanced fellowship training at the internationally renowned Wrightington Hospital, widely regarded as the birthplace of modern hip and knee replacement surgery and one of the world's leading centres for joint reconstruction and arthroplasty.

This advanced specialist training has provided extensive experience in primary joint replacement, complex reconstruction, revision arthroplasty and modern technologies including robotic-assisted surgery

Alongside his clinical practice, Mr Malik maintains a strong commitment to research, education and surgical training. He has authored several peer-reviewed scientific publications and serves as a reviewer for multiple orthopaedic journals. His research has received multiple national and international awards, including the EFORT Jacques Duparc Award and the British Hip Society President's Prize.
