  • I cannot recommend Dr. Arambage and his secretary Fiona highly enough. From the very beginning, their professionalism, kindness, and clear communication made me feel truly cared for and supported. After many years of suffering from undiagnosed endometriosis and adenomyosis, Dr. Arambage finally gave me the diagnosis I had been searching for. He took the time to listen to me, understand my symptoms, and explain everything with great clarity and compassion. He then performed a life-changing surgery that quite literally gave me my life back. His expertise, care, and dedication are truly exceptional. I will be forever grateful to him for helping me when no one else could. Fiona has also been incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire process — always ready to assist and make everything easier. This is a team of rare professionals, and I feel lucky to have been under their care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  • To the woman reading this looking for help with endometriosis and Adenomyosis, who feels like no one is listening, book an appointment with Mr Arambage, it will honestly be the best thing you ever do! From my very first contact with his amazing secretary Fiona, who is incredible, always quick to respond, kind and considerate. To meeting Mr Arambage for the first time, he immediately put me at ease, he listens, he has empathy, compassion and kindness, he is incredibly knowledgeable. In the NHS, i was constantly being dismissed, fobbed off, passed from pillar to post and being made to beleive it was all in my head. I have never been met with someone like Mr Arambage, he is an incredible man, doing amazing things to help women, his compassion and kindness, empathy and expertise, and his care pre and post op are second to none! If I could say one thing to the woman reading this is to take that leap of faith it will be the best thing you ever do for yourself! I am now 5 weeks post op for Endometriosis and Adenomyosis Surgry and it’s hard to find the words to describe how grateful I am to Mr Arambage and his amazing team, for their outstanding care and compassion and for giving me my life back and enabling me to be the wife and mother I want to be. I will be forever grateful. Thank goodness there are people like Mr Arambage in the world!
