Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting psychological change arises from both a strong therapeutic relationship and a deeper understanding of the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape emotional wellbeing. She works collaboratively with clients to explore how past experiences may influence present thoughts, feelings, relationships, and ways of coping, while developing practical strategies for meaningful and lasting change.
Her areas of expertise lie in anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, trauma, attachment difficulties, relationship challenges, identity and discrimination-related issues, and major life transitions.

Her research interests include trauma, discrimination, social identity, and psychological wellbeing.
