- I was scheduled to have a video call, but the video link did not work so the doctor phoned me instead. Since it was a video call a number of the questions above do not apply. I was completely satisfied with the appointment with Dr. Czerwinska. I think it would be helpful if direct contact details for the Dr. were provided for follow up purposes or in the case of an emergency. Apart from that I think it is an excellent and easy to use service apart from the video link.
