- The reception area was frequently unmanned so clients were waiting for assistance. The receptionist spoke politely but her body language did not reflect her words. The receptionist should be warm welcoming as this is the first contact for people There were used cups everywhere which had not been removed. The magazines were untidy. Attention to detail is required. The area was clean.
