- Mariana has helped us tremendously with our newborn, who was struggling to gain weight. She identified a tongue tie and treated it, as well as giving me practical advice and solutions to increase my milk supply, as I was struggling with breastfeeding. Thanks to her support, I have been able to exclusively breastfeed my baby, who is now 6 months old. We are so grateful for everything Mariana has done for us. Thank you!
