- Had nose surgery done by Prof Lechner which has been completely life changing for me. I would recommend him as the go to ENT to see in London. His secretary Sam has also been amazing and helpful
- Very nice and very clear about the procedure and side effects. Helpful in person and over the phone. Secretary is also very helpful. Great result so far, would recommend.

- I’ve had a fantastic experience with Dr. Lechner, with really considered appointments and recommendations. I was given plenty of advice of managing rhinitis, with the ultimate recommendation of surgery. I managed the symptoms with medications but ultimately took the advice of surgery. Again Matt gave me lots of considered time and advice, and the surgery has been a real success. All decisions made were for better outcomes, and I was given plenty of follow up appointments and advice. Thank you!
- septorhinoplasty and turbinoplasty surgery went great. After one week my breathing improved significantly. And I was fully recovered after one month following Matt Lechner’s instructions. I couldn’t imagine the result would be that great. I wish I did this earlier.
- Very happy with the final result. I had septorhinoplasty. The shape is natural and exactly what I wanted. My breathing had improved significantly. Prof Lechner was great during the whole process. Thank so much! And also the admin team with Sam are great
- Professor Matt Lechner delivered above & beyond any expectations I had. From start to finish he was professional, warm and thorough in explaining every step of the process along the way. I could not be happier with the results of my treatment under Professor Matt Lechner.
- Very informative consultation, discussed treatment options, all queries answered; very happy to be treated under Mr Lechner’s care
- Dr Lechner was amazing in helping me with my issue. He identified the issue immediately and gave me a spray that sorted it out within 2 days. Most importantly he believed me and listened to me, a rare thing these days
