Mr Matthew Cherko is a highly esteemed consultant ENT surgeon based at The Royal Berkshire Hospital. He specialises in dysphagia, thyroid surgery, salivary gland surgery, voice disorders,paediatric ENT and breathing problems.
Mr Cherko graduated from King’s College London in 2009, where he completed his surgical training across centres in both the Thames Valley and London regions. He gained a valuable insight into the regional thyroid network and learned from both endocrine and ENT surgeons in the field through a fellowship in thyroid and parathyroid surgery that covered Oxford and Berkshire. - The care I have received from Mr Cherko and the Forbury Clinic staff has been exceptional. From tests through to surgery and after care follow ups, Mr Cherko has been kind, considerate and always explains everything clearly, and listens to any concerns I may have. The staff at the clinic are friendly and helpful and always answer emails promptly.
