- Treatment is ongoing.
- After travelling 2 hours to meet him, with intense pain and as a self funding patient, he only gave me 5 minutes of his time. Only talked about surgery when clearly I was upset, I just wanted some sort of answers or help. No empathy shown. Instead I left his office crying.Doctor's response -Your feedback is crucial to us, and we take all patient concerns seriously. We are committed to addressing the issues you have raised and ensure the highest quality of care. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we understand the importance of a positive patient experience, and we are committed to making sure your well-being is a top priority at our centres.
