Reviews
- Would you recommend this doctor?
- Treatment of the doctor
- Treatment of the staff
- Waiting time
- Condition of facilities
- The clinical side and clinical outcomes were excellent, which is by far the most important thing. However there have been a number of administrative hiccups and mis-steps in relation to billing and clear communications.
- Mr El Ashry had a professional but friendly manner with staff and patients alike. I like to have all the facts about the procedure and after care (not sourced from Dr Google) so I did have lots of questions which Mr El Ashry answered thoroughly.
- Mr El Ashry acted with complete professionalism during my pre op consultation, putting me at ease by explaining all aspects of the operation, the procedure day went very well as did the recovery and post op consultations, extremely pleased with my outcome.
- Mr El Ashry displayed a highly professional approach whilst maintaining a relaxed and comforting, confident demeanour.
- Very professional and put me at ease
- I would wholly recommend Mr EL-Ashry for his total care, consideration, friendly manner and his competence.
- My care was carried out at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon. It didn’t feel like I was a private patient but I can’t fault the care I had from Mr El-Ashry.
- Having a detached retina two years ago I was seen by Mr El-Ashry, now discharged and extremely happy with the operation, follow up treatment and general level of care I received from him and his staff. Many thanks.
- Thank you Mr EL-Ashry for being my consultant/eye surgeon and to your team for making me feel calm and relaxed on surgery day
