- Yet again a very reassuring appointment. Explained the procedure in a calm and friendly way. Certainly put me at ease and gave me confidence in what will happen next. Feel If I needed to I could ask questions at a later date if I’d forgotten something in the appointment. Was honest and realistic in what my limitations would be after surgery and then moving forward.
- Mr Elnasharty is very kind and my surgery has been such a relief!
- I felt listened to and supported. It was heartfelt to see a Consultant show compassion towards me as a patient.
- I was a little nervous seeing a male doctor to discuss woman’s issues, but I had no need to be. Mr Elnasharty’s calm and kind manner put me at ease. He listened to my concerns without judgment and explained the next steps in the assessment process with possible outcomes. He asked questions about specific areas I had not been asked before, taking a holistic approach rather than focussing on one issue. I felt in safe hands.
