Mrs Nadia Soliman

Mrs Nadia Soliman is a highly experienced consultant gynaecologist & pelvic surgeon, who currently practices in Dorchester and Poole. Mrs Soliman's areas of expertise include a wide range of gynaecological conditions and treatments, including menstrual disorders, postmenopausal bleeding, menopause management, subfertility, polycystic ovary syndrome, hirsutism, genital prolapse, and gynaecological and pelvic surgery.

With over 40 years of dedicated service in the field of obstetrics & gynaecology, Mrs Soliman has built a remarkable medical career. Her academic journey began when she earned both an MB BCh and an MSc from Cairo University. She then trained in the UK, achieving MRCOG and FRCOG qualifications from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. She completed her specialty training at hospitals in Bournemouth, Poole and Bristol. Mrs Soliman is renowned for her expertise in menopause and its associated conditions and disorders. She is a Registered British Menopause Society Menopause Specialist (specialist authority for menopause in the UK). She also has extensive experience in abdominal and vaginal surgeries and undertakes 200 surgeries per year on average.

Throughout her career, Mrs Soliman has been recognised for her excellence, receiving four Clinical Excellence Awards for her outstanding patient care. Her commitment to advancing medical knowledge extends beyond clinical practice, as she previously served as a college tutor, clinical and educational supervisor and honorary lecturer at the University of Bristol, imparting her expertise to future generations of medical professionals.

In addition to her clinical and educational roles, Mrs Soliman has contributed extensively to research in the fields of reproductive medicine and menopause management. She is a member of esteemed organisations such as the British Menopause Society, the British Fertility Society, and the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists. Mrs Soliman has been a medicolegal expert since 2019. She is trained in writing reports an giving evidence in court. She prepares medicolegal texts for personal injury, clinical negligence and causation.
