Mr Eynon-Lewis is a highly esteemed and mightily experienced consultant ENT surgeon at the well-established London-based St. Bartholomew’s and The Royal London Hospitals respectively. He specialises in medical conditions that primarily affect the nose, throat, eyes and ears, with his main areas of expertise being blocked nose, vertigo, voice disorders, sinusitis, tinnitus, as well as the nasal septum-correcting surgical procedure, septorhinoplasty. He also specialises in the treatment of snoring and performs laser surgery.
Impressively, Mr Eynon-Lewis is the only UK-based surgeon who is currently on the editorial board of the highly well-regarded, globally renowned online ENT otolaryngology journal. He is in charge of undergraduate teaching at Barts and the London Medical School, University of London. He is involved in organising and lecturing courses at the University of London, City University and The Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has a substantial amount of experience in relation to treating professional voice users, most notably various members of the prestigious Royal Shakespeare Company.
He is the current director of The London Nose Clinic and teaches on various courses. He runs a specialist voice clinic with a voice therapist at the Royal London Hospital and also works with an experienced therapist in the private sector. Mr Eynon-Lewis has also, to-date, carried out an extensive amount of medical-related research, specifically relating to his field of expertise and has published various publications on a range of surgical topics relating to ENT surgery.

- I had a WhatsApp consultation with Mr Nick Eynon-Lewis about my sinus problems. He took the time to review my scans and explain the complexities of the surgery, particularly because it involved working close to my eyes. As I was understandably anxious, he kindly offered to operate on me himself. However, he also pointed me towards another highly trained rhinologist in Norfolk, much closer to where I live. This ultimately led to me having successful surgery a few days ago. Thank you Nick 😊
- Absolutely first class in all respects
- Top marks all round, everyone I met was friendly, Dr Nick even managed to se me 15 minutes earlier than my appointment time in the end and I loved that as it was a really hot day the staff came round with ice lollies to everyone in the waiting room. Dr Nicholas gave me all the time I needed to discuss my concerns and offer reassurance, I feel really excited rather than nervous for the next steps of my treatment with him. He came recommended to me via a friend who speaks really highly of him.
- Dr Eynon-Lewis is a true gentleman—calm, professional and reassuring. Initially I presented with worsening symptoms, many outside his specialism, from a condition affecting several of my senses. He immediately took control and arranged my hospital admission, telling me, “Don’t worry, I will deal with this.” I will always remember those words and the reassurance that gave me at a frightening time. I am now recovering, remain under his care and genuinely look forward to seeing him.
