- The Friday morning sessions were really helpful, especially the meal prep and recipe ideas for all meals. I gained a better understanding of improving my protein intake at each meal. The clinicians also instilled a strong sense of positivity, which helped me feel supported, motivated, and able to move forward with confidence.
- After 4 yrs of my son being unwell & appointments that led to more tests & no remedy, Dr Peat was the first person who truly listened. He looked at my son as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. He had become disengaged & felt nobody cared. As his mother, I knew something wasn’t right, but felt dismissed as an over-anxious parent. Dr Peat accepted the seriousness of his situation, showed genuine care & is now guiding him on a clear path to recovery, which my son is happy to engage with.
- I approached UCU for expert guidance on an Autoimmune Protocol diet to manage my psoriatic arthritis. I was impressed by their depth of knowledge, science-based approach & personalised support. The programme was transformative, boosting energy & supporting significant weight loss
