- Appalling service & hidden fees. Late by 30 mins and rushed in under 15 mins. Paid £220 to OneWelbeck thinking it covered care, then hit with a surprise £356 doctor's bill—£576 total never quoted in advance. They wrongly filed a claim to Bupa without consent, and his PA ignores emails. Zero transparency or patient care. Avoid.
