Mr Nik Patel is a highly skilled neurosurgeon based at the Spire Hospital in Bristol. Mr Patel has also received a Hunterian Professorship in Neurosurgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in recognition of his research in the growth factor therapy for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. He has also won numerous awards from both the American and the European Associations of Neurological Surgeons.

- A man of few words but when he speaks, you listen. He is compassionate and possessed a complete understanding of how Trigeminal Neuralgia can affect your general well being. He gave me my life back as I was at a very low point when I came to see him. I highly recommend.
- Mr Nik Patel. Is world class in what he performs. I've had several procedures relating to my trigemenal neuralgia. Unfortunately with re occurance. Still being investigated on other options. He always makes you feel positive with the options and never gives up. I have every trust in him that someday I will be pain free.
