- A man of few words but when he speaks, you listen. He is compassionate and possessed a complete understanding of how Trigeminal Neuralgia can affect your general well being. He gave me my life back as I was at a very low point when I came to see him. I highly recommend.
- Mr Nik Patel. Is world class in what he performs. I've had several procedures relating to my trigemenal neuralgia. Unfortunately with re occurance. Still being investigated on other options. He always makes you feel positive with the options and never gives up. I have every trust in him that someday I will be pain free. His bedside manner is always professional and makes the conversation easy and makes you feel relaxed.
- Top consultant
- It has been nearly two years since I had RFL and nerve blockers which surgery for trigeminal neuralgia. It’s no exaggeration to say Mr Patel gave me my life back, he was incredible, listened to me, explained everything so well and was very honest. I can’t thank him enough.
- Mr. Patel listened to all my concerns and advised the best course of action including referring me to a colleague if I needed surgery. I am still having treatment but would not hesitate in highly recommending him.
- Nik Patel is a kind, caring and understanding man, and in my opinion delivered world class care and attention in both the procedure I had and the after care I received. He reassured my appreciations and created trust which was very important for me. It also became very apparent that the team around him have a high regard for his skill and patient care too. I received a slightly more complex MVD for bilateral TN and my immediate recovery was made a whole lot easier under his care. Lauren, Mr Patel’s PA was also excellent and nothing was ever too much trouble. If you are in need of a neurosurgeon I can certainly recommend him and his whole team at Spire Bristol.
- Mr Nik Patel is the friendlyest Neuro Surgeon I have ever met. I had electric shocks going up the left side of my face that were so intense that it shut my eye. Mr Nik Patel performed an awakening procedure, obviously as soon as he found the point I was out and did not know anyth
- Mr Nik Patel was excellent, he explained and showed me everything. He breaks it down so us non medical people can understand. He does this in a very professional and friendly manner. My appointment was exactly at the specified time. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
- Arrived at the hospital we had to wait for a parking space other than that would certainly recommend Nik Patel
