The two pieces of constructive feedback I'd give are (a) the admin team calling to make arrangements to prepare for the procedure should leave a voicemail or text message - all to easy to mistake them for a cold caller and miss the call; (b) check with the patient whether a telephone appointment is acceptable for the follow up when the test is all clear.
