- Almost everything was to a very good standard, and I felt in extremely good hands with Mr Nair and his operating staff. The only thing that was not right throughout the whole experience was having registered with the lady on the Reception Desk for my initial consultation, she didn’t advise Mr Nair that I had arrived for my appointment and as a result he called his next patient ahead of me, resulting in an unnecessarily long wait to see him, especially that I had arrived early.
