Reza Farahmandfar

Mr Reza Farahmandfar is a consultant sonographer and vascular scientist at London Private Ultrasound. With extensive experience in diagnostic imaging, he leads the clinic's general ultrasound and vascular Doppler service across abdominal, pelvic, breast, thyroid, musculoskeletal, and pregnancy imaging, alongside the full range of arterial and venous Doppler assessments.

He is particularly known for his expertise in vascular ultrasound — including carotid Doppler, DVT screening, varicose vein assessment, and lower-limb arterial studies — as well as detailed abdominal and pelvic imaging. He works closely with the clinic's consultant cardiologists, MSK team, and GPs to ensure same-day reporting and a clear next-step plan for every patient.
