- Two years ago I saw James Quinn for a variety of symptoms including not being able to swallow properly. Since then, my symptoms have gotten progressively worse, however I was labelled with "health anxiety" which I disagreed with at the time. I was shown a lack of care and time.Doctor's response -Dear Patient, I am sorry to hear that your experience did not meet with your expectations. I saw you on four occasions in 2022 and early 2023. I arranged several investigations to investigate your symptoms and, as a result, I referred you onto another specialist who I understand recommended further tests. As you raised no concerns at the time, your review now has come as a surprise. If there is something further that you feel I can do to help you, please feel free to contact my secretary and we can arrange a call or face to face appointment.
- Mr Quinn has provided consistently excellent care to our daughter through surgery to repair perforated eardrum, and in follow up. Excellent outcome of the surgery, with her hearing fully restored as a result.
- We are immensely grateful for the speed in which Mr Quinn arranged all our son's tests/procedures and as a result his subsequent diagnosis. He was always professional, explained things clearly and was very responsive / contactable - we felt in very capable hands. Thank you!
