- Dr Smith was very knowledgeable & reassuring. Would highly recommend him However as I have mobility issues the steps into the premises may benefit from disabled access as I did struggle
- I’ve spent 5 years suffering with stomach issues and have had several appointments with the NHS, to no avail. Paying to see Dr Smith was the best thing I ever did, I felt extremely reassured and comfortable , he listened carefully to all of my concerns and took his time to review my past test results. Numerous times hospitals have disregarded my concerns and sent me home wondering what is wrong with me. I spent 45 minutes with Dr Smith and I’ve finally been given a diagnosis and some treatment

- Dr Smith is a lovely gentle man. I didn’t feel rushed he clearly explained my UC NHS test results, encouraged questions, put me at ease, prescribed medical treatment to help with the flare up which I had been desperate for. It was a v.positive experience helping reduce anxiety.
