Miss Sarah Tang

Miss Sarah Tang is a consultant breast surgeon in London, practising at the Women's Health Centre (HCA). She specialises in treating a wide range of breast conditions, including breast cancer, benign conditions, and cosmetic breast surgery. Her services include one-stop breast clinics, mastectomies with immediate reconstruction, and various cosmetic procedures like breast augmentation, lifts, and reductions.

Miss Tang studied medicine at Cambridge and completed surgical training in London and South West Thames, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 2014. She holds a Master’s degree in oncoplastic breast surgery and is particularly skilled in using advanced technologies to localise breast lumps without wires or radioactive injections, improving patient comfort and flexibility.

Miss Tang is also dedicated to research. In 2015, she earned a research degree (MD Res) from the Institute of Cancer Research and led the National Margins Audit in 2016, studying breast cancer surgery outcomes. She continues to research breast cancer recurrence and recently received a grant from the Association of Breast Surgery to lead a national study on local recurrence after breast conservation.

Additionally, Miss Tang is involved in education, holding a postgraduate diploma in healthcare and biomedical education and contributing to the breast surgery curriculum at St George’s University of London.
