His higher surgical training was undertaken in various esteemed London teaching hospitals before he was appointed as a fellow at University College London Hospital’s Institute of Andrology. During this time, he gained expert knowledge in male infertility management, penile prosthetic surgery, and genital reconstruction. In 2021, he was appointed as a consultant urological surgeon at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, where he is now the lead for clinical governance.
Alongside his clinical work, Mr Wardak’s research has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals and he presents at national and international academic conferences. Since 2019, he has been a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons. Additionally, he is a member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS), the European Association of Urology (EAU) and the American Urological Association (AUA).
