- I had an emergency appointment here and I honestly can’t praise them enough. Mr Puri is fantastic — he explained everything so clearly and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The receptionists were lovely too, so welcoming and kind. It was such a relief after my recent experience at Specsavers — they gave me the totally wrong prescription and my glasses were unwearable. Mr Puri sorted it all out properly and I felt listened to and cared about.

The staff are so friendly. understanding, patient and helpful. My child is always relaxed and comfortable which is so important. The eye testing has been thorough and informative, and never rushed.
