- Thank you Sophie for being very clear and explaining matters so clearly, only slight issue was not with the doctor or clinical staff but maybe some advice on the limited parking facilities would have been appreciated, i drove around several times only to park off site, i had allowed to get there 20 minutes early but only just got there on time because of this, other than this all good thank you
- I found the Spire Claremont Hospital to bee very efficient and welcoming from the receptionists to the nurses and Dr Sophie Gaikwad who was an excellent consultant/surgeon. Dr Gaikwad was very reassuring and professional and performed the surgery on my hand with great skill . The end result was everything I had wished for .
- Parking is a bit of a lottery
- I cannot fault the service and delivery here. Dr Gaikwad removed a benign mole for me. The operation was less uncomfortable than I expected. Post operation I felt zero discomfort, to a level that meant I often forgot I’d had it done! The remaining scar is literally unnoticeable.
- Informative, friendly and with excellent aftercare
- Sophie was fantastic, I’ve been on the NHS waiting list for over 12 months. The gp and remote dermatologist couldn’t diagnose my condition and I have been in a lot of pain and lost a lot of my hair. Sophie diagnosed me with a rare condition and the treatment has been life changing
- The minor, day care operation that I had was carried out very professionally and carefully and I felt reassured that I was in excellent hands. Post op I healed well and the diagnosis result was most reassuring. Thank you.
