I had a video link consultation with Mr Chopra, who proved to be both professional and patient with me, and understanding and insightful into my condition. He had a pleasant and articulate approach, and I'm currently following his prescribed advice.
The only negative note was that the joining link didn't work, and time was wasted waiting Mr Chopra to join us online, and then on phoning the surgery, who were eventually able to resolve the problem. However Mr Chopra was excellent.

The appointment went really well, the secretary was quite rude however. Maybe it was a bad day, I can be understanding but if I am spending quite a big amount somewhere I would appreciate to not be looked down upon by the staff.
