Mr Tamer Sweed is a distinguished consultant orthopaedic surgeon based in Coventry who specialises exclusively in knee surgery and lower limb sports injuries. Included in his areas of expertise are knee arthroplasty, knee arthroscopy, ACL reconstruction, knee osteotomy, partial knee replacement, and cartilage repair and regeneration.
With over 20 years’ experience, Mr Sweed consults privately at The Meriden Hospital. His NHS base is at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust.
Mr Sweed qualified from Alexandria University in Egypt in 2001. He also completed his orthopaedic training there before relocating to the UK in 2013.
