Dr Udaya Chakka is a valued consultant in pain medicine and anaesthetics in the Warwickshire area. In 1996, Dr Chakka received his primary medical qualification and in 2001 his Master's in anaesthesia from university in India before he relocated to the UK in 2004. He then furthered his specialty education by first completing training in anaesthesia in North East England at various hospitals. Subsequently, Dr Chakka completed a year of advanced pain training and specialising in chronic pain medicine. This was followed by him accomplishing specialist training within Leeds teaching hospitals in neuromodulation and cancer pain management.
Dr Chakka has a wide variety of clinical interests, which he works with based on comprehensive, evidence-based practice, ensuring to give all aspects of long-term pain conditions proper attention. He prioritises giving each patient the individual care that supports their unique needs. Due to his efforts, he is also the clinical lead for chronic pain services.

- Dr Chakka has taken good care of my 92 year old mum and attempted to relieve her back pain, so far with some success, and got her out of a pain crisis. A further treatment yesterday will hopefully continue the improvement. He has been kind and patient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
