Dr Udit Mittal is a consultant gastroenterologist and specialist endoscopist with an NHS appointment at Oxford University Hospitals, Oxford. He is a Fellow of both the Royal College of Physicians of London and Edinburgh. Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Mittal plays an active role in shaping national standards in gastroenterology: he represents Oxfordshire on the British Society of Gastroenterology Clinical Services and Standards Committee, serves as Regional Specialty Adviser for the Royal College of Physicians, and is the Oxford and Thames Valley representative on the RCP’s New Consultants Committee.
