- Would 100% recommend Spire and Mr Joshi to anyone needing help with knees. From day 1 when I was referred, Mr Joshi identified that surgery was required and set out a clear plan to get this done. From the pre-op, surgery and post op everything went absolutely brilliantly. Appointments, recovery, check ups, physio have all been amazing. Always on time and everything made clear to me regarding what was expected from my side for recovery. I can not thank Mr Joshi and his team enough. 100% recommend
