From the beginning and throughout Mr Ali really listened to me, I never felt rushed - despite asking lots of questions- and all options were presented clearly to me. My care pre surgery, during and after was excellent as have my follow up discussions been in my follow ups, with concerns thoroughly explored. Will have no hesitation in going back to Mr Ali if I progress with my right knee.
- Mr Simon Newman provided me with the best possible solution for my total hip replacement & proximal femoral deformity. The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. I am very thankful that Mr Simon Newman was my hip surgeon annd ann expert in his field. I rate his work and communication, five stars! - Mr Madi was the consummate professional. He listened carefully and set out the options in an understandable way. He was clear and concise. He gives off an assured confidence which is needed in a pre-op situation!. He was attentive in post op and in the follow up 12 weeks later. I hope I don't need another op but if I did I would go straight to Mr Madi. He is also kind and considerate and did not make me feel like I was just 'another patient'. Thank you!!!!
