The Wellington Hospital Outpatients (HCA) is a private healthcare provider in central London with expert consultants who specialise in orthopaedic care, spinal care and digestive health alongside neurosurgery, oncology and women's health services including a breast care unit. The medical centre is The Wellington Hospital's (part of HCA UK) main outpatient and diagnosis centre. It's the largest private outpatient centre in the UK and has 38 consulting rooms, 15 day case rooms and four theatres. Platinum Medical Centre also provides outpatient physiotherapy in a state-of-the-art physiotherapy gym, offers a full range of diagnostic imaging services including a PET-CT scanner, and has a regular shuttle bus between the centre and The Wellington Hospital.

Ross Hall Clinic Braehead, which opened in 2022, is Ross Hall Hospital's new facility where the majority of outpatient clinics for most specialties take place. Ross Hall Clinic Braehead is also home to an MRI suite, a pre-operative assessment department, Eye Care Scotland - a dedicated ophthalmic complex including four consultation rooms and two operating theatres, two minor treatment/procedure rooms, a cardiology suite, a neurophysiology suite, and a respiratory laboratory. Patients requiring surgery will largely be seen at Ross Hall Hospital, excluding minor procedures and ophthalmic procedures.
