Mount Alvernia Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, has been treating patients in the Guildford area for almost 90 years, providing outpatient, day-case and inpatient services across a range of specialities including orthopaedics, general surgery, urology, women’s health, gastroenterology, gynaecology and dermatology. The hospital has 60 beds over five wards, three theatres, 15 consulting rooms and an ambulatory care unit which includes two Theatres for minor surgery. The hospital’s extensive imaging department houses CT, MRI, X-ray, digital mammography, ultrasound and bone densitometry, alongside a nuclear medicine department. It is one of the only private hospitals in the area to provide PET CT scanning. Alongside surgery, patients can also attend the hospital for private cancer care, physiotherapy and pathology (the hospital has a laboratory for blood tests and analysis). The on-site pharmacy also enables convenient collection of prescribed medication. Mount Alvernia’s private GPs are also based in the hospital; they offer 30-minute appointments and can easily refer onward to expert specialists, as well as for tests, scans and physiotherapy should patients require them.

The Runnymede Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, is a centre of excellence for private healthcare in Chertsey, Surrey. It specialises in cardiology, gastroenterology, general surgery, gynaecology, orthopaedic surgery and urology. The hospital offers physiotherapy for patients post-operatively. It's staffed by chartered, state-registered physiotherapists who treat sports injuries and conditions like sprains, whiplash and female pelvic health problems. In conjunction with its general medicine experts, the hospital also offers a rehabilitation service for patients who have a history of bone or muscle pain, or mobility constraints after surgery (such as a hip or knee replacement). The hospital's imaging department, which has recently been fully refurbished, houses X-ray and CT scanners for diagnosis and interventional examinations for various conditions.
