Wonderful pediatrician. Very thorough. Definitely recommend. Only issue is that the information in our paperwork was not communicated to the front desk, so we spent quite a while at the front desk completing forms that we had already completed.

We have liaised with HCA International who hosts our Bright Futures Clinic at Chiswick Medical Centre to explore if we can improve the registration process. We hope to improve the process by pre-registering patients with the information that we already have for them. Thank you.

Dr Gray is extremely knowledgeable. He is reassuring, listens and makes decisions with you rather than for you. He took the time out with me when there were more complex situation going on with my daughter and made sure I understood everything I needed.
