What happens during the consultation and treatment?
- Consultation: You will first have a consultation with a healthcare professional to discuss your medical history, past cosmetic treatments, and expectations for the botulinum toxin treatment. You can feel free to ask any questions at this stage, or voice any concerns you may have.
- Examination: The healthcare professional will examine your face, focusing on the target areas for the treatment, evaluating muscle movement, skin condition, and suitability for the treatment.
- Informed consent: Before the treatment begins, you will be asked to sign an informed consent form detailing potential risks, benefits, and side-effects. this ensures you have full understanding of the procedure.
