Terrible receptionist (in main receptionist). Whilst waiting for x-ray she kept shouting questions across the room (e.g. what's your address). Not at all appropriate. Also kept blaming the consultant for not sending the X-ray request; again not at all appropriate.

Mr. Thomas was reassuring and professional. He even took the trouble to telephone my husband as soon as I came out of surgery to let him know that all was well. Post operative care was good. He also looked in on me when I was in the hospital following a different procedure.

Mr Thomas has been looking after my hip issues for the last 10 years. I finally had a Right THR and the results are outstanding. Mr Thomas even tidied up my old scar while he was there. I’m very grateful for the outcome and the manner in which he has dealt with me.

My appointment went well with little waiting time. The hospital was easy to find, everyone was friendly and helpful and a chaperone attended for my examination. The doctor’s explanations were clear with fast follow on service. I would recommend Mr Chopra and Nuffield hospital.
