Great service when at Spire, consultant was clear in terms of the planned procedure and delivered said procedure with a positive outcome. Reception waiting time was slightly extended at times due to staffing levels ie on occasions only x1 on the desk Overall very happy.

Very pleasant, but the briefing meeting after the MRI scan and his subsequent report were very short and not very informative. His diagnosis was questioned by the physio who in the main, but not exclusively, treated me for something else .

As a national health patient attending for surgery at Little Aston hospital, I didn’t really know what to expect especially as we had not got the funds to go privately. I think actually I feel I have been treated like a Queen! Met from the car escorted to a splendid room and operated on By Dr El Gamal who was just a gentleman in all respects. All treatment, and receptionists were outstanding and I think people need to realise the standards of care you receive there are second to none.
