Professor Alex O'Neill-Kerr has a very relaxed and personable demeanour. I was impressed with Professor Alex O'Neill-Kerr's innovative and dynamic approach to psychiatry that is in line with the current progressive and advanced scientific evidence base. The ability to be offered advanced genetic testing to patients is a significant advance in psychiatry. I valued being given information that I can tangibly use to move forward, this included a detailed discussion around medication options, tDCS and TMS, and advanced supplements to treat my mental health diagnosis. Lastly, and most importantly, I was given an accurate diagnosis.
