Mr Ali Taghi
Professional statement
Mr Ali Taghi is a consultant otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon at Imperial Healthcare NHS Trust, as well as a senior clinical lecturer at Imperial College London. He specialises in the management of complex paediatric ENT issues and rhinology, which encompasses both endoscopic treatment of sinonasal diseases and functional septorhinoplasty (nasal reshaping).
With extensive experience in treating ear, nose, and throat conditions in both adults and children, Mr Taghi has over 17 years of surgical expertise as an ENT physician, having trained across three continents: Asia, Europe, and North America. His surgical training took place in prominent teaching hospitals in the North Thames region of London. He completed a year-long fellowship in head and neck surgery at Barts and The London hospitals, where he further honed his skills in managing head and neck cancers, thyroid disorders, and skull base surgery.
Additionally, he spent a year in Canada completing an advanced clinical fellowship in pediatric ENT, enhancing his abilities to address complex pediatric conditions such as intricate airway issues.
