arriving on time for my appointment, i was taken for pre scans etc quickly. However after finishing that with 30 minutes, i then had to wait 40 minutes to see Mr. Laidlaw which is not acceptable for a private consultation. an NHS appointment you expect that - not in Harley Street

I like Alistair Laidlaw very much and am completely confident in him. He is reassuring and gives me plenty of time. He has put himself out to sort out my eye problems and I am very grateful
