Excellent in all aspects except Spire telephony makes it a complete lottery trying to speak to a consultant’s Secretary or even a spire hospital and information and numbers provided are both contradictory and inconsistent which is frustrating when one has a painful fracture

Really lovely and friendly, only problem was I didn’t expect my thumb to be so painful after a steroid injection, 8 days later I still have pain in my thumb, more than I did before the injection , but in all fairness Mr Logan tel. me and explained why I had so much pain.
