A wonderful doctor who has helped me hugely over the last couple of years.

I have had many gastro doctors involved in my healthcare but Dr Thillainayagam is my top recommendation. He is professional, caring, thorough and holistic. I feel much more confident and hopeful knowing he is overseeing my care. Dilu his secretary is also wonderful and efficient.

After suffering a long time with various gastric issues, when it all ended up in pain, I had to see a specialist …and I was very lucky to be advised, by a doctor in my family, to see Dr Thillainayagam - she remembered him since she was a medical student. From my first conversation with Dr T I felt good about my choice: he is a great listener, kind, thoughtful, compassionate and has excellent communication skills. He made me feel at ease talking to him about anything that could have been relevant to my issues. At the end of many laboratory tests and procedures, Dr T took time to explain to me his findings in a simple, friendly, warm and reassuring way. A diagnosis was found and a combination of treatment and some changes in my handling of stress have now changed my life for the better. I simply cannot find enough words to thank Dr T for all his help and kindness. I definitely would recommend him to those I know that are in need to see a brilliant gastroenterologist, a wonderful doctor with great knowledge and a warm and friendly approach.

Life saver! Dr T is by far and away the best in his field with the added bonus of being the kindest doctor I know. Dr T has diagnosed and treated above and beyond for me and literally saved my life.

It’s simple. Dr Thillainayagam is without doubt one of the best consultants there is. I don’t make this statement lightly. I have an extremely long and complex medical history and have therefore encountered more than my fair share of medical professionals along my journey. Many attributes contribute to being a top rate consultant and not many I have met can tick all the boxes. Dr Thillainayagam does. Wonderfully knowledgeable, experienced, proactive, caring, kind, to the point, efficient, professional yet personable. He treats you with respect and always gives you the time you need. Talks to you as an equal and is never patronising. For me, it is his ablility to be positive whilst remaining realistic. Being greeted with a smile makes all the difference to your consultation. He guides you by empowering the patient with facts and relevant information which in turn allows you to make the right decisions. I fully trust him and this is key. He also has great links with other top, trusted medical professionals for referrals. He and his PA make a superb team and they work together like a well oiled machine. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they bend over backwards to make your whole experience stressfree. I will always remain so very thankful to Dr Thillainayagam for what he has done and is continuing to do for my health. I count my lucky stars that I ended up under his care.

Dr T is a no-nonsense straight to the point consultant. I have always left his clinics full of hope, even though it appears that my condition may require ongoing antibiotics to keep SIBO symptoms at bay. He makes me feel as if I matter.

It was only a telephone conversation so a lot of the above did not apply. The doctor was a little late, but gave a valid reason, and all in all was very good

Dr T is an excellent doctor. He was able to diagnose and treat me efficiently with care. He is professional and an expert in his field, he carefully listened and responded with prompt action w. a great team at the TLC. I am much better under his care!

Here is my feeling regards last conversation. He is everything you want in a doctor and a colleague. He makes you feel comfortable the minute you interact with him. I would describe him as sophisticated, efficient, calm, knowledgeable and a attentive person. It is an honour for me to know him and work with him.

I have seen many doctors over the years, with little improvement - until Dr T. His treatment has been a major breakthrough and I am much better. Highly recommended
