The appointment did not go ahead as the consultant did not confirm . The appointment available on Top Doctors which I booked and paid for, turned out the consultant wasn’t in! Still waiting on my £250 to be refunded ! Very frustrating - I lneeded this appointment for my daughter

Response from emails - prescription requests too long. These issues are time sensitive. This is the weakest link. Eg - the secretary was away and so our prescription request was sent electronically a week later. This is unacceptable.

Caring and competent doctor

Great meeting. Annegret was professional, straight-forward, and answered all of our questions. She was also great with my daughter who was very nervous.

Dr Annegret Dahlmann-Noor was kind, efficient, and clear in explaining the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of my son's illness. Thank you! He is now a different child, not photophobic, his eyes are not terrorising him anymore - much happier.

An excellent appointment in which we received a diagnosis and an explanation for my sons ongoing eye issue at last. We have also received much more information on slowing down the progression of his myopia which we had not had before.

Knowledgeable, friendly, answers all questions and great manner with patient (1.5 year old)

Excellent care for my 5 year old son. The optician was amazing and made the eye tests more like play, which relaxed my son. Dr Dahlmann-Noor was very professional and reassuring in equal measure. (Note this was via private medical).

Dr Dahlmann-Noor and the optometrist were wonderful with my daughter and explained things clearly. I would definitely recommend.

Dr Dahlmann-Noor is incredibly professional, capable and attentive, with a human touch like no others. It made the consultation with my 16 months old boy go very smooth and he did not shed a single tear, thanks to her calmness and patience.

Caring and professional service throughout

Really good experience, Dr Dahlmann-Noor and the Optometrist were very helpful and reassuring about any concerns we had with our daughters eyes.

Very kind doc. Friendly with my 5yr old. Explained all clearly. Knew her stuff! Very happy with her. Will go back in the future. Thank you. Only negative was the wait time considering we were self paying being seen on time would be what is expected.

Highly recommend Dr Dahlmann-Noor. Excellent bedside manner with our son (12), very reassuring and informative.

Thank you - I am glad the independent advice was helpful!Apologies for the wifi access - there is free internet, no password needed, but there are several networks coming up, and not all of them are freely accessible. There must have been some confusion, apologies.

Very impressed with the service.. We were seen on time and the doctor was very friendly and put my young daughter at ease, which enabled the doctor to carry out the tests needed- I was impressed as my daughter normally doesn’t allow doctors to touch her face or get too close

All staff were lovely to my seven year old daughter. Lots of great advise and they made sure to give time to answer all of our questions. Thankyou.

I couldn’t rate the service Dr Dahlmann-Noor gives any higher. Every time we see her she fills us with confidence either when she performed an operation on my daughter or each time we visit for a checkup. She is very friendly and great with kids.

My daughter is very young with high myopia so went to doctor Annegret to prevent further degradation of eye sight. She was very good and explained us the options. She spent almost 3 hours with us and went out of her way to make sure we start the treatment

Dr. Annegret was very patient in hearing and assessing our 3 yr old son's situation and explained us every thing with a keen intent. The facility is is very well managed, and staff was quite helpful. I most definetely recommend her to others.

Only slight issue was being directed to the main Moorfields private hospital rather than the children's hospital. No big issue. Dr Dahlmann-Noor and her colleague whose name I am afraid I have forgotten were fantastic with Georgie.

Brilliant visit, which allowed us to understand all the information and have a clear picture of my daughter's eye sight and think of a plan for the future.

Dr Dahlmann-Noor was very kind and very quickly established the issue with my child's eye. Working with toddlers isn't always straightforward, but Dr Dahlman-Noor made it look easy.

We had a good experience. The pre-check by Viraj was particularly good, he was friendly, explained well and put us at ease. I'd suggest better admin - at booking were told to go to address and were not advised of the one parent COVID policy. Recommended

The staff is child friendly and the doctor as well. They explained everything well. The only downside was the waiting time. I don't know if they can beore efficient with that aspect.

I am so sorry that you experienced a long wait on that particular day. There had been misunderstandings about appointments, resulting in additional families attending. We have learned from that morning, and I am pleased to report that our clinics now run very smoothly again.

Dr Dahlmann-Noor answered all my questions about my daughter eyes and reffered for further investigation with a eyelid specialist.

Dr Annegret Dahlmann-Noor is clearly very knowledgeable but also straightforward and provides good clear advice. She was lovely with my child and put her at ease despite what could have been a tricky discussion. She also has a lovely and helpful team.

We went just for a check for my 3 months baby! In thé begging I was very worried as though my baby had a squint. After a lot of researches I choose Dr . Annegret. She is amazing. She checked his eyes on details and decried us everything! Just the best dr

Dr Dahlmann-Noor and her stuff were very friendly and personable (and also patient with a 2.5 y.o. who wasn't all that convinced about people looking into his eyes. The appointment run perfectly on time. Will follow up with her if further care required

The waiting time is generally too long and hard with little children to keep them occupied for the full duration

We are sorry to hear that you experienced a waiting time. We try to book the appointments at intervals that avoid waiting times, and schedule them in the morning. Unfortunately dilating drops take 20-45minutes to work, and that can be a testing time for children and parents

having previously meet a doc (same specificity) in a rather fancy clinic, i can confirm that Doc Dahlmann-Noor level of professionalism is just outstanding
