I found Mr Benjamin Lamb extremely professional and of a very pleasant nature. All details of my surgery was explained to me thoroughly in a manner in which I could totally understand. All subsequent consultations following my operation were a pleasure to attend. Such a very polite and caring consultant. Iwould not hesitate to recommend him to all my family and friends.

As often seems to be with the NHS, the staff (medical and otherwise) are wonderful, but the place is chaos and not managed. Mr Lamb appeared to be the only medic on duty, but there were 5(!) reception staff (not their fault) looking after about 4 patients. It must cost so much!!

Great doctor, very clear when explaining the situation, understanding, empathetic, taking all the needed time to answer my questions, and very clear in the steps ahead.

To be honest i didn’t expect such welcomed and friendly reception. Very professional and careful approach, no waiting time, all essential was explained and done in a short time. It was like meet a friend.I really enjoyed this visit to doctor Benjamin Lamb. Hope to see him again.

Mr Benjamin W Lamb is very caring friendly consultant, gave me all the information needed and was very professional in doing so, his work is tidy and all concerns were addressed in a sensitive matter.

Overall a great experience! The receptionist was super friendly and nice! Dr. Lamb was maybe one of the best doctors I have met so far in the UK. He is super friendly and I felt, that he really took the time to understand my concerns and did a proper check up.

Everything was of a high standard. Staff all very friendly and made me feel at ease.

Very approachable, covered all the issues and possibilities. Left feeling confident there was a structured plan in place to secure a remedy to my condition.

Overall, very satisfied with the care, professionalism and dedication of Dr. Lamb and will certainly continue in his care

I would like to thank Mr Benjamin Lamb and his team for the really kind and thoughtful way in which they treated me and kept me informed throughout my visit yesterday. I am very grateful.

I had a robotic prostatectomy about 10 days ago performed by Mr Lamb. I would highly recommend this doctor and his team. Clinical care was excellent. Communication before and after the surgery was excellent. I felt reassured and well cared for. My experience rated out of 10 - 12.

Yesterday was a hard day howver the kindness and support I got yesterday was amazing and felt very assured that the future will be bright

Mr Lamb was most reassuring when he visited me before the procedure. He described everything in layman’s terms and put me at ease. He was kind enough to call my wife after the operation and let her know that everything had gone well. He visited me afterwards as well. Very pleased

Ben was extremely informative and had a very friendly approach. He was reassuring and used data to help one reach a conclusion. He was able to guide one through the options, their advantages and disadvantages, including treatment or monitoring.

Mr Lamb explained my procedure in detail, he listened to me and I was extremely confident and relaxed to be under his care. I was quite nervous going in for the operation and now it’s all over I can unreservedly recommend Mr Lamb and am very grateful for his 1st class care.
