Dr Hiley was utterly professional, he showed extreme compassion and understanding. I am a disabled woman and he was receptive to my disability and I left his clinic feeling confident and reassured. I only wish there was more like Dr Hiley.

Dr Hiley always fully explained the treatment (eg radiotherapy) he was prescribing/arranging for my condition and was always polite/friendly in his dealing with me and in answering my questions -as was all other staff (Nurses, radiographers, office staff etc).
