My experience was very positive. The operation was scheduled quickly after the decision was made to have it. It all went smoothly; no post op problems.

Everything was EXCELLENT! ....except the telecommunications- with poor/intermittent telephone connection & no radio it sadly made a patient feel “isolated”

This was a telephone appointment but handled as always in a very caring and easy to talk to manner

Mr Hariharan immediately put me at my ease which is difficult in these times when consultations are held with both parties are wearing masks.

Excellent treatment and very good communication with me before, during and after my operation despite the obvious added difficulties caused by COVID.

Mr Hariharan was always polite, friendly, and professional, always optomistic but clear to point out all all potential outcomes, he gives confidence and cares.

Doctor and staff were amazing. The after care also amazing. Food was not really the best you can eat cold sandwiches. The toilets were not as clean
