We saw Dr Paviour a month ago in Welbeck St. He was very attentive, went through the next steps very clearly and responded in detail to all of our concerns. He was also very quick to respond to our further questions on email, which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend.

I had to travel to another hospital for one test as it wasn't available at Nuffield Parkside. In hindsight, I would have liked more explanation about the purpose and risks of the tests but I understand their necessity for an accurate diagnosis.

Having been given the last appointment of the day at 19h30 was not what my husband needed. The hospital has two entrances and we lost time getting to the surgery. Therefore the feedback we got after a very short appointment was disappointing.

Dr Paviour very kindly emailed me on the day of my MRI to put my mind at rest. Although I had some difficulty in obtaining a copy of the actual scan through Dr Paviour’s secretary and eventually went directly to the imaging dept.
