My sisters doctor was so helpful and caring, they did everything to a high standard there and they listened, giving great advise to all our questions. Thank you Dr Baildam!

Dr Baildam always listens to what I say and offers good advise that I can use. She is very kind and friendly so she is easy to talk to about anything.

Dr Baildam was friendly and welcoming and put my 9year old daughter at ease. She was very thorough and explained in layman’s terms what she was doing and why. I felt as though my concerns regarding my daughter’s health were taken seriously and acted upon.

We had to wait over an hour for the appointment and nobody came to explain That would do be the only suggestion The Dr herself was excellent

Thank you for this review. I do apologise for the wait. Sometimes my patients are very complicated and their care takes much longer than usual. I do promise to give every patient the time that they need. When we are under COVID conditions the communication about waiting times has been more complicated. We will try to rectify this as much as we can.
