Excellent care and very understanding/helpful. My last virtual session started 10 minutes late and I had to chase via the secretary (when you're paying £180 for a 15 minute session you expect punctuality). The online booking service also failed on more than one occasion.

Excellent service and care. Mr Ollandini was very kind and supportive throughout the process and did an excellent job with my surgery.

My consultant took the time to clearly explain what my symptoms mean, put my mind at rest where before I was unsure what was happening!

Mr Ollandini is a nice guy. All the staff at the hospital are super friendly.

Excellent service. Went in with what I thought was one issue. Spent 30 minutes discussing my rather complex medical history and came out with full confidence in Mr Ollandini getting to the crux of the problem and providing a suitable resolution.

Mr Ollandini was professional, courteous and explained the operation and potential outcomes in a straight-forward manner. During the follow-up, he was able to answer all of my questions in a way I was able to understand.

Absolutely brilliant doctor who took the time to give me a detailed and in-depth discussion about my problem and all the solutions available to re-solve it. He was also incredible kind and sensitive about the situation making me feel very comfortable.

He was exceptional ~ took the time to talk through my needs and concerns. It was a relief to speak with a doctor who understood and ensured I had the right medications for continuity of care. Highly recommended.

Dr Ollandini saw me as I was referred by my GP for fatigue and low libido that could be linked to low male hormones. It was a hard for me to discuss my low sexual performance but Dr Ollandini was professional but presented great friendly approach. After blood tests and physical exam, I was medicated and today I have my life back.
