The process for making an appointment to being seen by Mr Muir was quick easy and painless. Mr Muir was efficient, knowledgable and had an excellent manner.

I was treated by Mr Muir after surgery I had on the continent had proven unsuccessful and left me suffering repeat & debilitating UTIs. The consultations & subsequent surgery performed by Mr Muir were excellent and the number of UTIs I have to endure have dropped dramatically.

Very thorough consultation and great quality of care.

Mr Muir is a highly experienced, knowledgeable urologist. He is easy to talk to and puts you at your ease, even when discussing sensitive issues such as ED. He clearly outlines the range of possible treatments and supports you in finding the right one for you.

I saw Mr Muir yesterday . It was a first appointment to investigate a raised PSA reading . I found him excellent in every way. His advice was direct, clear and reassuring . I would definitely recommend him - and would seek his help again if there are problems in the future.

Aside from the professional skills doctor Muir is very reassuring. He knows how to make his patient feel listened and taken care to which is an ability you cannot take for granted.

1. 25 minute wait to have bloods taken was disappointing in a private hospital. 2. Pharmacist calling out the medicine when collecting a prescription for all to hear is unnecessarily insensitive with queue of people and others sitting waiting for their prescription

I am so sorry that there was a delay and that you had this experience in pharmacy - such things should not happen. I will contact the hospital to make sure this is improved in future - its not the norm I can assure you.

In less than 24 hours I had a confirmation for my appointment. The same day studies were done and results were provided next day first time in the morning
